At the Meadow Head Orchard Hut, our guests expect the very best from their luxury glamping experience. They have the highest expectations of cleanliness and Susan and her team always deliver. Their service is always on time, as it has to be, to meet demanding changeover time slots. It is also very flexible when we need it, often responding at very short notice to booking changes. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Susan and her team have provided their cleaning services for over four years and I am exceptionally pleased with the high standard, reliability and friendliness of the teams. When the cleaning is due, I refer to the teams as ‘my girls’ as they have become friends and never just cleaners. I cannot praise them enough!
Susan and her team are hard working, reliable, trustworthy and provided a quality cleaning service. They were energetic and swift whilst being unobtrusively organised. They proved extremely accommodating even letting out and supervising our 5 dogs on the odd occasion we were otherwise engaged. Nothing was too difficult or beyond their means.
I have been delighted with the service which Love Cleaning supply. Their attention to detail is excellent and Susan uses her initiative which is invaluable as running my own business I am not on hand to give instructions or supervise directly. Susan has also taken in hand the delivery and collection of the laundry and arranged an ironing service. This is also the first cleaning service to reach the difficult to see areas!
Standards are consistent and Susan is sincere, personable and hands-on, and for me, it’s a bonus that she also offers flexible packages.
